Overseas Australian Property Investors need a Buyers Agent

• Providing information on local transport, schools and any other facilities required

 

• Providing comprehensive visual detail (ie. digital photos of the property, street and suburb)
• We can arrange finance, conveyancing, building and pest inspections – facilitating all services as required
• We will assist in appointing the right Property Manager and work with them to find you the right tenant at the right rental return
• We are English speaking but have translators available

In addition, it should be noted that foreign nationals can only purchase certain types of properties. The Australian Government through the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) regulates the sale of Australian property to overseas persons and corporations. We can assist you identifying the right property you are permitted to purchase as well assist with your application to the Foreign Investment Review Board.
